Required:
- Experience in Product Ownership/Product Management.
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in the financial services industry required.
- Understanding of international payments, currency exchange, and cross-border transaction regulations. Analyses and defines business requirements and functional or operational specifications for small to moderate sized projects of limited complexity. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives.
- Agile, SAFe methodologies - Product Owner (min 3 yrs exp).
- Thrive in taking an analytical approach with an ability to develop insights and provide recommendations for prioritization decisions. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies a must.
- Experience in working with product and capability delivery teams on prioritization and defining requirements, then operationalizing and launching product enhancements.
- Experience in delivering complex process and customer journey flows.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage, influence, negotiate and inspire partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Uses knowledge of business needs to provide design support to software and application development teams. Gathers information and provides analysis of business issues or client feedback for a specific function or application.
